Purchased a "new" BMW from this dealership that was listed on cars.com website. Called them to inquire about the car and its condition and was told it was "virtually brand new, only 4000 miles!; never been in any accidents, no repairs, service, or damage to the car". This auto dealer agrees it owes me a refund of approximately $2,000 but it has been MORE THAN 6 MONTHS (since 9/14/10) and no refund has been issued. On 1/12/11 their finance dept. rep. left me a message stating I'd have the refund in 2 weeks - still no refund as of 3/30/11. Based on failure to deliver a simple refund - which they agree they owe to me - I would recommend not purchasing a car from this dealer. Read More »

I purchased a used compact BMW 328i from Valencia BMW and two weeks later I decided I wanted a bigger and new BMW 530. I told them I wanted a bigger newer vehicle. This dealership made an agreement to purchase back the 328i they sold me two weeks ago and I had only added 235 miles. Within two weeks of my purchase they bought my vehicle back and I expected to lose the DMV fees, State taxes, transfer fees and prep fees and commission fees.
