This is a rare company that still values their customers and understands the importance of a good name and satisfied customers. Their SinuPulse product has given me great relief of my allergy problems that I wasn’t able to get with countless drugs and doctors. My experience with this company has been beyond what I could have expected. Not only do they provide a tremendous product but they generally care about their customers and go beyond what is expected to make sure that all your questions are answered and you are 100% satisfied. I had received a damaged product purchased online through Amazon. When I contacted them to advise they sent me a free replacement unit even though I returned the damaged product already to Amazon. Great company with great products. I have been burned by other health product companies and use BBB to check the reliability of a company before doing business with them.
