They're a scam. We hired them to paint our house. They said that every year after they'd come to inspect the house to fix up any cracks and chips. After a year they would come and we'd show them the cracks and chips. They say they'll send someone to repaint. However, they will send someone without any painting equipment that will try to sell you on another job like a patio or roof. They make false claims. Avoid. Read More »

These guys show up in my neighborhood almost every two months knocking on doors offering windows roofs and the like. I have been telling them no for years. I will say that all the guys who have knocked on my door are always polite and well trained but we just didn't have the need. I fell in the trap and sign a contract with them after getting a discount of 3,000 from 19,000 to 16,000 (for roof replacement) this is on top of 15% discount of original quotation of around 21,000. Sorry I have taken so long to write a review. I have had some health problems. My roof was done some months ago. I must say that the roof has held up very well in the rain. I must agree with some that the sales man did tend to push you into a decision. However he did have a nice personality. The only think that I was not happy with was the color. The company first contacted us claiming they were in the area doing work and wanted to know if there were any projects we were interested in. We were just beginning the inquiry into replacing our roof. It was still fine, but aging, and we did not have any idea as to the cost of replacement. This company is not to be trusted. They use aggressive sales tactics and will try to harass you till you get the work done. They gave us an estimate on our roof that was almost 3x the price of what it should be, but the kicker was that every other company that came to look at it after that said it was fine for another 3 to 4 years! I had to cancel my project because of the price. When I have more money I will definitely use this company. I've checked out the product that they use (textcoat) and they were very helpful and answered all questions I had. They did stay a little long but I didn't mind because they were very professional and personable. The sales pitch was very informative. Had a new roof installed in February 2011 by Pacific Homeworks. I have tried since that time to have them "fix" certain areas that were not done properly and damage done to my eaves. I couldnt be more pleased with Dezmont (the german) and Merlin (the sweed). My wife and I got very worried of what are three children would think about us getting a new roof, they insisted we did'nt need a roof! Wow, it was the same for us. They continued to call until we agreed to let them come out and give us our free estimate, guaranteed for 12 months. We finally had them out this last week. I'm telling you these guys are total crooks. They came to our place offer us a quote. Which turned out to be 4 times more expensive than regular price!!! I had planned originaly to maybe replacing the wood trim out front only but after I had seen the exterior coating presentation with life time guarantee and the price were reasonable, I felt like this was the best way to do it.
