I purchased a ticket one line on 01/01/2010 for my daughter, who is in another state. I went by the directions listed on the company’s web site and did a search for fandango theaters in her area. There web site gave me a whole list of theaters in her city. What they do not tell you is that most of those theaters do not take fandango. You have to click on the link behind the list of theaters. I would strongly recommend this company be avoided at all costs. They actually hung up on me when I called to complain and ignored my e-mails until I filed a complaint with BBB. Even then they refused to replace 4 tickets which were rendered un-usable due to an error on their part. Terrible, terrible customer service and attitude. I would give them 0 stars if possible! Buyer Beware. I was issued a ticket for an incorrect theater and when I attempted to resolve this with Fandango, their customer service failed to get back to me in a timely fashion (I purchased the tickets 24 hours prior to the event). Once Fandango did get back to me I was informed that the website is working as designed and I should contact the theater about a refund. Several months ago, we purchased tickets on Fandango.com. Unknowingly, we were apparently signed up for a product provided through a company operating the web sites: http://www.shopperdiscountsandrewards.com/ and http://home.reservationrewards.com/. It appears that they are both under a company named "Webloyalty.com, Inc." based in Norwalk, CT 06851 (you can search for this on the BBB web site).
