I ordered a gun from them and it came shiny and new looking. It did not shoot however and before I bought it i asked repeatedly if this was a usable gun. It shipped to me quickly. When I called about it not working they were very helpful about how to get it fixed and they would take care of everything once I shipped it back and it would take 7-10 days before i got it back. it has been 4 weeks and they just told me it would be another 2 weeks at least.
