This company is unprofessional to say the least. Contracted this company to remove a tree in my backyard and on the first scheduled meeting they did not show up. No courtesy call to cancel. Finally, after 2 hour I got a hold of them by phone and they explained that their car had broken down. I told Jorge that he should have called. He admitted that he should have called and apologized.
