Highly recommend. My garage doors would not shut on a Sunday morning. I could not leave the garage open and was quite upset. I called Precision Doors thinking I needed new garage doors. Jim came on Sunday and repaired the doors for a good price. He said I had another 7-10 years before I needed to replace them. When it is time for replacement, Precision Doors will be my first choice. Mike was very professional with a no nonsense go get'em attitude. He was quick, precise and had a smile on the entire time. It was great to see someone care about a strangers issue & problem as if it was his own. My time range for him to show was between 3-5pm and he arrived about 3:15 or so, THAT was awesome because I didn't have to wait around. KEEP THAT GUY! I chose this company based solely on their BBB rating and was very pleased! They were able to schedule repair service the same day, which happened to be on a Friday night. The charge for a service call was very low, which they credited back toward the repair charge. The tech had not shown up and it was almost at the end of my time window, so I called the office and she called the tech to find out he would be there within 5 minutes, which he was.
