I ordered a treadmill, cybex arc trainer and stationary bike in September 2011 and received them in October 2011. Don Nel was extremely knowledgeable about the equipment, the move process, and the billing process. He always did what he promised and made sure I was completely taken care of every step of the way. We wanted to update our fitness center at work. We talked to a trainer and he advised what type of equipment we should purchase. I called USA Fitness, spoke to a very knowlegable and helpful rep. Recently I ordered several pieces of equipment from USA Fitness Direct. Unfortunately, I didn't find them until after I had already ordered other pieces from Global Fitness. I must say, USA Fitness was Heads and Shoulders above their competitor in customer service. USA Fitness Direct, Inc. provided me with great customer service and prices... The rep I corresponded with (Don Nel) was very honest and fair. He provided me with some very good product information with an unbiased opinion. He was very friendly and very prompt in returning my calls and emails, unlike all of the other fitness equipment dealers I called. Our firm provides equipment and supplies to commercial hotels and we had an opportunity to utilize USA Fitness Direct to purchase excercise equipment for a new hotel project that we recently completed. I have really enjoyed doing business with USA Fitness Direct. The rep that I work with, Don, has bent over backward to make sure that deliveries are on time according to when we needed them. He has also taken care of any problem we have encountered, even when it was beyond the scope of work. I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service I received from USA Fitness Direct after I had given up on a competitor company who only pretended to have a refurbished Stairmaster 4600PT available during my four week wait. Once I called USA Fitness Direct, it was only a one week wait, and that was due to the four-day Thanksgiving holiday. I spent weeks searching different sites trying to find the stair stepper I wanted. I didn't understand the difference ... especially in prices. I finally decided to call one vendor, USA Fitness Direct. (Lucky me.) I got a salesperson that asked me all the right questions. Great company. I have had nothing but great service and a great product from USA Fitness Direct. In particular, Don Nel, who has been servicing my account since the beginning, has been fantastic to work with. Before making this large of a purchase over the phone, I requested a couple references. The reference I contacted had purchased the same stepper I was looking at and had nothing but good things to say about USA Fitness. I had to deal with this company last year and it was a HUGE headache. Sure, they are very friendly with you at the start but that quickly changes once they receive payment on the equipment. Not only where they weeks past their estimated date of equipment delivery, they actually had the nerve to ask for the remaining balance even though they didn't send all the equipment I ordered!
