I rented a vehicle family van from united rental . The car had quite a bit of damage all around the vehicle, specially on the back lift door. When I took the car back, there were 2 minor scratches left of the licence plate They made report and make me sign a damage statement which stated lift back severity of damage is medium. They have collected $500 from America express and they wanted $2300 more to fix the back lift door for which they have obtained damage estimate from foothill auto body.... Read More »

I rented a full size van from this company for a family trip over the summer. I was originally attarcted to them for their low prices, but I was a bit sceptical renting from a smaller company. My rental experience was great. They gave me a great van and the service was awesome. Every time I called to ask a question, I actually spoke with a human being! When I returned, I left my Ipod in the van. They actually called me to tell me they found it and held it for me! Read More »
