We had a bad experience in the past with a couple other property management companies until we found Seabreeze. Thanks to them we now have no issue. The HOA scheduled work to be done which was going to require access to numerous homeowners garages. I couldn’t take a full day off of work and needed a specific time frame. DONT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR HOA. They charge crazy unbelievable fees for everything. They pass you around and never get anything done. They change property managers all the time. They never inform the home owner of the change. You can’t get a call back. I had a major flood on a Sunday, there is no after hours person to contact. Why are they the worse? This company operates under a cloud of a corrupt culture. Seabreeze cannot manage anything without lawyers and accountants -- which you, the homeowner, has to pay for.
