Technician Craig was on time for appointment. He was very knowledgeable and started troubleshooting my problem. He identified my problem and gave me information on other potential problems I may have in the future. He resolved my problem and walked me through each step he was taking and why. Well I live in a 1 bedroom apartment. I have lived in these apartments since May 2011, and since then every month i have paid $300-$500 on my electric bill. I have went to the front office numerous times, and called the electric company numerous times. Apparently there is nothing any of them can do.NO ONE wanted to help me. Safe-Way Electric is a fantastic company. I would give them a 20 star review if I could.
