A sales rep named Brian Van-Dyke came into my office several times asking us to try his company EDI for our freight shipments. After hounding me for weeks I allowed him to quote some of my freight and his prices were great, so we tried them out. Upon delivery, the consignee sent me photos of damaged freight that EDI had delivered to them. I contacted Brian to let him know of the problem and he forwarded me a claim form to fill out. Edi Express it's a fraud company. Edi Express with in 2 years has there 18 wheeler truck hijack twice. It's an inside job. Edi Express is stealing money from there customers. They are not paying for the lost shipment in full. Edi Express employee are very rude. Edi Express is NOT reliable company. Read More »

EDI was hired by us to deliver fresh dates from CA. Few times before delivery was done ok. 1 Delivery came with extensive damage tot eh cargo. The pallet shifted and tilted in the container in such a way that most cargo was damaged as it is fresh fruit. A good business practice and customer service in my opinion is determined also on its ability to handle a problem not only when things are working well.
