This is the most unprofessional CPA firm I have ever encountered. The person who answers the phone, Jaime, had an attitude. When the client confronted her about the different in the tax filing procedures, she blamed it on the independent contractor who was hired and referred to the client without their understanding that the contractor is not an employee of the firm.
