This is a terrible product. Sizing is wrong and they wont stand behind their product. So the free stuff is garbage. They will exchange one thing but not the free stuff and it was the operator who said a size 4. The bottoms go down to my mid-calf. The top cuts off my breast!!! WHAT THE HELL. This company uses deceptive advertising. I agree with each of the reviews posted. The product is lousy and does not live up to the advertising. I am a small woman and I was so disappointed with the products. The $40 total in shipping charges are falsely advertised as item charges but they are not. Kymaro practices deceptive advertizing! The product has to be bought online or on the phone--sight-unseen. You think it will work to smooth your bulges because it certainly works on the women who model clothes "before" and "after" as you see them on TV or online. "You will look 10-20 lbs. lighter." OMG, I wish I had read this last week. I have called this company several times since I ordered the body shapers. I had buyer remorse and tried several times to cancel the order. I never got through their answering service "Merry Go Round" after trying multiple choices on the menu. (No, I could not cancel so I received my goods today.)I received the top in a size 4. I too ordered the body-shaper, which was no help at all, and got the "free" gifts which weren't really free. When I put the product on, I actually looked fatter then I normally do. My 11yr old daughter said that I looked better with it off. I asked her how I looked after I put it on and she said I look fatter. Then I took it off and she said I looked better. I had an experience with Kymaro like the other reviewers. I ordered a body-shaper, which was no help at all, and got the "free" gifts which weren't really free. The extravagant S&H/processing charge is not listed as such on the invoice. It is listed as though it is the price you are being charged for the product. Even though they record the conversation with the order taker, it is never made completely clear that what you are being charged is non-refundable. I am losing $40 because of this co... Read More »

Kymaro falsely advertises expedited processing of orders and then charges its customers $6.95 for this option. While it is an option to its customers, the term "expedited processing" implies that an order will be entered and processed more quickly than non-expedited orders. This is not true for Kymaro. Wish I would have reviewed complaints before ordering. First,the customer service reps @ Kymaro "size you" and this is out of your control (only you don't know it yet) but when the garments are too big, you have no recourse. I am 120# and they ordered me a large size without confirming this to me over the phone. I ordered products from this company and received them Nov. 12, 2009. I returned them via insured, priority mail for a full refund minus s&h on Nov. 17, 2009 and they received them on the 19th. Well within the 30 day window they allow for returns. I have called and called to no avail. I did get an opportunity to leave a voicemail once and someone returned my call and she asked me to call them back. This company does not do as they say they will do. I have had the same issue that one other person has. They will not send you anything back like they say. I called them the beginning of Sept. I asked for rushed shipping and still received it 15 days after ordering it. When it came it was WAY too big. So I sent it back for an exchange. ordered a product from company in september 21st. returned product october 2nd, they received it on the 8th, it is now november and still no refund! I have emailed them at least 6 or 7 times and finally got thru to customer service on the phone and was promised a refund by the end of october, still no refund and it's november 8th. My husband ordered 2 pairs of jeans by phone and was not given the total of the order that was to be charged to my credit card account. After 1/2 dozen calls to their "customer service" number to try to find out what the total charge would be, I gave up. They put you on a voicemail merry-go-round and never answer the phone. I think the body shaper is a rip off. It does not do what it claims it does. It does not smooth your bulges nor does it make you look 2 or 3 dress sizes smaller. It is suppose to make you look like you lost 20 lbs instantly, fat lie. I could not tell any difference. I sent it back and I have been trying to get in touch with someone about my refund. RE: body shaper top and bottom - order # 272028710 when I received the order the items were too big, first of all they should estimate the sizes by waist or dress size the items I received were totally wrong they just took it for granted that since I have a large size bust that the rest of my body is also an XXXXL also the quality of the items were very poor.
