Stay away from this business. They claim to be experts in fine art and will take your money and run. They make high dollar, unrealistic and extremely inaccurate art appraisal proposals just to gain your interest. Next, they send you payment request via PayPal for thousands of dollars. After you pay they will lead you on and keep you optimistic for months and eventually over a year through e-mail.
