Purchased a bracelet for my wife's birthday on Wednesday. Paid for overnight shipping. Received link confirming sale and showing delivery Thursday or Friday. No delivery. Closed over the weekend so called Monday and was told "the promotions department denied the sale." What is that? No present for my wife! Told me they didn't charge my credit card. Bought a 14kt goldchain and gold pendant from them. The chain turned my sons neck black and the pendant broke 6 mos after purchased. Company said black neck was due to lotion or sun block and that I should take the pendant to be repaired because they were not responsible. I would post photos if there was an option to. I purchased what they advertised as a 14k Gold Miami Cuban Chain but when I got it I had my doubts that it was real. I took it to have it tested and they said that it wasn't gold. I'm very satisfied with this purchase, the pictures were right on target: the rings turned out to be very close to the expectations. Very nice ring for the $$$. We were trying to find a ring that came in a smaller size for me, to match my husbands titanium ring after he "broke" his 14k gold band.
