Ordered three identical arrangements on 12/1/08. Was overcharge by $43 for one of the arrangements. Called and e-mailed the company - no response. Called a second time AND WAS BILLED AN ADDITIONAL $24. The only positive was that the flowers were delivered on time. Not what I expected from an FDT affiliate.

I paid $55 for same-day delivery; they weren't sent at all. I requested a refund and they told me that I would have to ask my 60 year old mother to return the flowers in order to do so, but remember, they didn't even send them in the first place! I placed the order on December 31 and it was supposed to be delivered the same day. It has yet to be delivered. I have been charged for this order. I have called the customer service line 3 times and no one from Gregory Scott has called my back. I have opened a dispute on the charge with my bank. The people in the call center have been very nice but the service and follow up from the florist have been extremely poor.
