Horrible customer service from seller, and giving sundown a bad name. Recieved the wrong item. , I ordered the newest version v.6 and looks like I was shipped the older model. V.4 or 5. The new model has 8 holes and laser etched on the magnet, what I got does not, has 6 hole like older model. I don't know if they are trying to repackage old stock and sell as new. Read More »

I placed an online order directly with through the companies website, on a normal business day of Monday. Upon ordering I also created an account on their site so I could track the status of my order and see when I should expect my order to be delivered. I have been purchasing Car Audio From EBay and the Internet for several years, until recently I have had great experiences (see my other post). By far the best company i have dealt with over the internet and in person. they went above and beyond the call of my needs and i highly recommend them to anyone considering making a purchase in this area. i wish there were more companies out there like WOOFERS, ETC to deal with. they are very helpful with making recommendations, help with installation questions, should there be a problem with an order for some strange reason, they are immediately taking care of it and not hiding from you. i h... Woofersetc has an AAA rating for customer service, which this website can tell you, you'll also realize it after a single phone call to them, they're really friendly.
