Tonkin Plumbing was the warranty service provider for our water heater. When the unit failed their tech showed up, told us it was a lousy product and proceeded to replace a part - charging us $125 for his labor. The next day the heater still didn't work and it turns out Tonkin didn't have all the parts in stock, so they had installed what they had.
