Salvador Lopez property manager is aloof, inconsiderate, unprofessional and treats renters like they are kids. Quality property management for working professional adults. I have 750+ credit score and pay all rent on time. Sal treats me like trash. If you rent from this property company expect your place to be “inspected” for one reason or another a minimum of once a month. Beware of Ernst and Haas Management Company. They have no concern for the cleanliness of the properties, safety of the property, safety of the residents, rental laws (that are not in their favor) and customer satisfaction. I recently rented an apartment. Their was no utilities on at the facility when it was shown and it was after dark. It was impossible to tell that the place was very dirty.
