To make a long story short, please do not get roped into using this service. I signed up to get eight cleanings and I've had numerous problems with the cleanings and with the customer service. In my opinion, this company is fradulent and will sign you up and then refuse to help you once you're a client. I have never encountered such horrible customer service in my life.
