I wanted to write this review due the very positive results I had with my carpet cleaning. The crew (2) came on time, provided me all details of the cleaning and any additional services and costs I would like. They were extremely friendly and professional. I had five large rooms in my two story house cleaned, including the stairway, hall and a sofa. I was very dissatisfied with All Bright. Carpets took 5 days to dry. Then they were spotted and look worst than before the cleaning. The came back and took no responsibility. Read More »

After reading the reviews for Allbright's "bait and switch" methods, that is exactly what they do. If you request just what you signed up for on the phone, they do a shoddy job and leave quickly. Bonnie, the manager, was rude and unhelpful when I called to complain, and as I see from other reviews,always has an excuse. There are plenty of other credible carpet cleaners that deserve the business rather than this dishonest company. Read More »

I am very happy with the positive experience and service my 81 year old mother received from AllBright. The technician was very considerate with my mother; helped her move furniture, the carpet was professionally steam-cleaned and dry. The price was in my mother’s budget and my mother was given a senior discount. My mother and family will defiantly continue to use AllBright services and will recommend their business as well. The sales manager Bonnie called me many times. The offer was for $69 for two bedrooms which is what I have. I told her I would talk to her when I returned from out of town. When she called later, the price was much higher and she said it included everything except Teflon. I agreed to discuss with the cleaners whether I wanted Teflon but they put it in without consulting me and then charged me, claiming "Bonnie told me to."
