We purchased our first home and moved in about a month ago. I noticed that the dryer wasn't working properly, and it was determined that the dryer vent was clogged. So we decided to get the vent cleaned as well as all our air ducts. I called 4 separate companies, with prices ranging from the ridiculous (99 for unlimited vents) to the astronomical. For the second time, my experience with Pride of Los Angeles was excellent. Marsha, the owner, was very helpful & efficient. The cleaning crew was prompt, polite, extremely neat & very professional. Our experience with Pride of Los Angeles was that of professionalism from start to finish. The cost was a bit higher than other estimates, but worth the peace of mind that we were dealing with a company that carried Worker's Compensation Ins. The two technicians were on time, efficient and above all did a dynamite job. They were respectful of our furniture and took pride in their work. Great experience from start to finish. As customers for several years we have always received excellent service delivered promptly by a knowledgable crew at an appropriate price. Several weeks ago, we noticed a wet area of carpet that was spreading. Marsha Cohen suggested pulling up the carpet and using a humidifier and fan to dry it. Then we were able to see the tack strip and slab foundation to determine the progress and source of the water. Her expertise saved us a lot of time, money and worry.
