Nice job USWEBSITEBUILDER!!! I was very satisfied with the way US website builder build my website. The customer service people were very polite, especially the person that I worked with Tracy, she walked me thru all the steps of building a good website and the most important thing, she let me create it the way i wanted to do and we didn't agree on some things we would always found a compromise. While we provided photos for them to use, unbeknownst to us they used an unauthorized photo and we were billed $1,225.00 by the company who owned the photo!!!! They avoided us - admitted no wrong-doing and wouldn't respond to our inquiries. We even offered to split the cost. After 3 direct inquires, we shared that we would provide a poor review, contact the BBB and consult with legal council. We gave them over 2 months to respond from our first contact. Received nothing. This company is telemarketing to me, even though I am on the do-not-call list. The person on the other line was in a room with many others making the same call (I could hear them in the background). He was confused but very clear on my name and he spent so much time confirming that I was who he was looking for, that I just hung up. I don't have time for this BS. Read More »

Avoid this company like the plague. They did not complete the terms of their service agreement explained in their contract and I can not get a refund from them as promised, even though I have an email from them admitting that they did not meet their contract agreement and that I am entitled to a refund. Company calls three of my personal phone that are on the DO NOT CALL registry list. To sell me their products and services. One of the personal numbers they use is a cellular mobile phone. They were asked the first time to not call again, and informed that the numbers they were calling are on the DO NOT CALL registry list. Company to date has called a total of 37 times. Do not do business with this comany. The website they created was generic at best, they did not continue to update and manage as they promissed they would. Once my year was up, they still kept charging my card. I asked to have it cancelled and they refused. I then had to cancel my credit card to make them stop billing it. Now they say I get a cancellation fee even though they have no signature on a contract to enforce this. They are refusing to take the website off line and will not honor w... Read More »
