Bug Central went above and beyond for me. It was my first time needing to call a pest control company to take care of a rat that got in the attic of the house I moved into. I was very disappointed with this company. The termite inspection missed more than 2/3rds of the easily accessible termite infestations. Luckily I had someone else paint the wood that Bug Central treated. He easily found a large amount of untreated infestations. The Pest Department was worse. After not showing up to do a scheduled inspection the manager did not even apologize. He sent someone a few days later who again did a very poor inspection. I prefer to work companies that take the time and effort to implement an eco-friendly or green approach to their business. Bug Central gave us a natural treatment option instead of traditional chemicals or fumigants. I was also impressed with their use of Hybrid vehicles in their fleet. Like most companies, Bug Central claims to be the best of the best. After having them out to home I must agree they are top notch. The inspector they sent to my home was very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough inspection of my home. I had no idea how much wood the termites had eaten just below the surface of my paint. Ken Holmes came out and looked over our complex and advised us to not fumigate as there was no activity to be seen. I previously had another company come out and check the same complex a few days earlier and while they did not fin any termites, they started giving us option to fumigate. Ken was honest and let me know that if it was his home he would not waste money needlessly on fumigation. A few months ago, I discovered some unwelcome guests residing (and eating away) the rafters in my house. After I called around a got a few quotes from different companies, I went with Bug Central because they seemed to be much more thorough with their inspection and interested in explaining what was going on with the termite situation and how to resolve it. I can't tell you how terrific your inspector was on Saturday. He was the nicest guy, explained everything we needed to know, and did an excellent job. He was thorough, neat, and very professional and knowledgeable. He even vacuumed up the termite "droppings" that we showed him. He even helped us fix some blinds that got tangled up.
