It is without any hesitation that I wholeheartedly recommend Tony Cosko. Tony is very talented and creative in coming up with solutions for projects which at first seem quite challenging. I am a 20 year veteran in the real estate industry and have a pretty discriminating eye for quality. I first hired Tony to build an outdoor room for me 5.years ago. Since then I have had Tony and his team do an extensive remodel to my Pacific Palisades home including blowing out ceilings, remodeling a bathroom, completely remodeling our kitchen and adding an office. Tony Cosko is the best general contractor I’ve worked with- He has an incredible work ethic and by far the most important for me as a designer, is his attention to detail. Tony Cosko has contracted with us for a number of jobs over the past 15 years. The jobs have varied from small "fixiet” projects at our Santa Monica home to a complete rebuilding and remodel of our ranch house in Malibu . In addition, Tony and his crew have completed some specialty project for us including a first rate 14 horse barn and riding arena. Tony's attention to detail, meticulous finish work, and craftsman quality output makes it very easy to recommend him for all construction projects- Remarkably, Tony also performs his work in a timely manner with the least disruption of our living space that I have ever seen, There was little reason to say "pardon our dust, as the house remained inexplicably clean.. One of the better experiences we had in re-modeling our house was adding an additional recreational room. Skylights, fireplace open beam ceiling, and picture windows, made it much more desireable for re-sale. For this job, we used Tony Cosko, exclusively. The wood work was that of a cabinet maker!
