I had my carpet cleaned a few days ago and Johnson's did a awesome job! The customer service and experience these workers have really impressed me. They explained the process step by step and had very reasonable prices. I have had past experiences with other carpet cleaners that were very unprofessional and came to my home as salesmen, not carpet cleaners. “ this has been the most pleasant carpet cleaning experience in my life. Vince and his crew were uniformed, professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again. I called the BBB to find a good carpet cleaning business in the area. The repressentative told me this business was excellent, a member of the BBB for many years and had a good rating and I was told it was excellent- an A business. I went ahead and chose them to set an appointment to do the carpet cleaning necessary.
