I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service at all times and above all they are honest operators. Will continue to deal with them.

I went to Valley Wide Tow to pick up a car and was told that is had already been picked up, it's not here anymore. That happens sometimes, ok. 5 days later the lien holder asks me where his car is? I told them what Valley Wide tow said, they called to confirm, and was told that our car was in fact there!
