I am the owner of a car repossession company and often pick up cars that have been impounded for the lien holders. I went to Valley Wide Tow to pick up a car and was told that is had already been picked up, it's not here anymore. That happens sometimes, ok. 5 days later the lien holder asks me where his car is?
