Please learn from my mistake and do not use Teletrac. They sound great up front until you sign the contract. Good luck trying to end your service at the end of the contract. If you do not send the cancellation by certified mail then they will say they never received it. Then oops your account automatically renews for another year and you are forced to pay it even though you do not want it and had cancelled their service. The previous owner (who has passed away) signed a contract with them and I can not afford to keep up with a tracking system that doesn't work once a driver disconnects the head unit. I've offered to pay a penalty but they will not let my company out of the contract and they don't care if you can afford it or not they will not negotiate a fair deal to get out.
