Eforcity should be ranked below zero. Avoid any items from them unless you want to damage your digital equipment.I ordered "GSI Super Quality In-Car Wireless Hands-Free FM Modulator-Transmitter for MP3/MP4/iPod/CD/DVD Players - SD/Memory Card" used a 16 GB Kingston SD card to try to play music from the car. If I could rate below one star, I would! Practices blatant false advertising. Simply put, and I am not a person for long reviews, do not trust this company because you never know what you will get. DO NOT BUY FROM EFORCITY!!!! I ordered a battery charger and batteries from them in Sept 08. I had no need to use it until Jan 09. When I did, they did not work. Directions indicate the green light will turn on when battery is fully charged. The green light comes on automatically when you plug it is and both batteries are dead. They really need a zero star for this company. I ordered a camera charger dock on 3-3, and still have not received. Now, I must say, I am getting replys to emails, BUT, they tell me nothing.No answer to where the product is, or the right tracking number, OR, who is even used to ship it. Do not order from them. I ordered a phone charger and case on Dec. 6 as a stocking stuffer. I have never recieved the item and as it seems to be with other complainants, they do not answer emails at all. Eforcity is Terrible! After I paid, shipping was very quick, but when I opened the box it was a real disappointment, instead of LCD monitor I received HP printer cartridge. There is no number to contact them. Eforcity does not respond to emails. I found their phone number at BBB, but it's only voicemail saying that no one is available at this time. I filed fraud report with my credit card and for anyone I would suggest staying away from this seller. I will never order from them again. Read More »

Seller does not respond to emails. I have left numerous emails to no avail. I ordered a wall charger and got a wall charger and car charger, which were not ordered, i contacted them and did not hear back. Also concerning tax, i was charged sales tax from this company but not the other 2 companies i ordered the same time from, i asked why and again got no response.
