I like to avoid chain stores wherever possible, but these guys do a really nice job. We bought all our lamps from two houses from them, and we'll probably get the outdoor lighting from them, too. Salespeople are helpful and the shopping experience in the store is very good. Read More »

I purchased a lamp based on excellent reviews on the company website. The product was not up to reviews. When I submitted my "not so positive" review the company did not publish it. I submitted it twice following their guidelines. I don't think the product ratings and reviews on the website can be trusted. -update: after talking to a representative my review is published. We have been remodeling our kitchen and updating fixtures throughout our home. I've ordered twice with lampsplus.com and have found their prices are great, service is well and there are no "catches" with the return policies, unlike other fixtures I've ordered from other online places.
