We like the Nissan product. Currently we have a Titan, Maxima, Altima and a Versa , 2005 and newer. All of our vehicles are service by Empire Nissan. I had an electronics issue that took almost three months to resolve. What I found most frustrating was the "pass the buck" mentality that prevailed in trying to solve the problem. The Service Advisor DID NOT follow through in a timely, professional manner to resolve my problem. Numerous phone calls were made trying to find out when the new part would come in. I want to share my experience with Empire Nissan. My Nissan has been serviced at Empire Nissan for two years. Last Wednesday, I took my car in for a 5000 mile oil change. The task was completed and I left. On Friday, my wife and I were going away for the weekend. She met me at work. After I loaded the Nissan, I noticed the car pad was covered with oil. This is the worst dealership ever! The service department is rude and incompetent. I've taken my car to them numerous times for the same problems they never seem to be able to "duplicate" or they simply say they fixed the issue, only to have the same issue return in 6 months. I took my car in 3 or 4 times for a leak on my drivers side window, and only after the third or fourth time, did they finally admit there was a leak and they say they repaired the problem. Displaces the lowest of the low! Goes without saying to avoid this place at all cost.! Pleasant Experience at Empire Nissan, They have a Wide Selection of Autos, Well Informed Sales and Finance It was a very pleasant experience shopping for my Nissan Altima 2008, Salesman was very well informed and patient, I took about 2 hrs going round the Lot looking for the right vehicle.
