Bought a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan yesterday and fell for their pitch that all vehicles must pass an extensive "48 point inspection" before they are listed for sale. Said to call them and they would handle any problems. Driving home noticed severe shaking at 60+mph. Had car checked out by my mechanic and advised that the car was unsafe to drive due to damaged and cracked rocker arms and bushings. Today 7-2-11 I went in with my wife and children to conduct what i thought was a plain and simple purchase. We are still in major stages of fixing enourmous communication failure between a specific salesmen and management. I shopped for 2 months and found their prices to be too low. We picked the truck and took it to our mechanic. My mechanic said the truck was perfect so we went back to buy it and were ready to get beat up. But it was the best experience we ever had!!!!!!! Sean was so easy to deal with. I have been visiting Corona Autoplex the past couple weeks regarding a truck for my husband who is in Iraq. The salesmen were extremely rude and the owner seemed to be the leader of the rude pack. Not only did they display rudeness, but they were also dishonest. Luckily I had a friend with me who was a mechanic for over 30 years who noticed a major leak in the front differential. My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from this place, NEVER AGAIN will I purchase a vehicle from a NON-certified used vehicle company. The sales person's and the person's we dealt with on the phone AFTER the sale was final were rude, unhelpful, and down right nast with phrases such as "well that sucks" and " There is nothing I can do about it" when he promised he would take care of the issues we were having with them and the just staight up HANGING UP ON ME. When you think of a quintessential sleazy used car sales shop, this is exactly what this place was. I went in there to look at nice, clean, low milage honda. They right off the bat told me the car had been in a minor accident near the RIGHT front fender, but it had been fixed and the accident hadn't affected the engine or frame.
