I had my car in for repairs at the Glendora facility. The service and personnel were great. Richard and Teresa were a pleasure to work with and kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle with daily text messages. I just picked up my car and they were wonderful. My car looks awesome! they told me my car would take 5 days and on the 5th day it was ready as promised. I was there a year and a half ago and there is a whole new staff there , and these guys know there stuff. The made this bad situation real easy. see for yourself... Read More »

I have had two experience's with Avalon collision center in Glendora Both times ii waited for over two weeks for my car(s) these were two different vehicles the first time they lost my key and remoteless entry pad and would not replace it. Then We noticed the problem we brought it there for was not fixed after two weeks they did find another part under warranty that needed to be repaired and that was very good.
