We had a HORRIBLE experience here. My girlfriend dropped off our dog for a grooming at 8AM. There were no calls or texts to update how our dog was doing. Six hours later I get a call saying he is ready to be picked up. A check-up exam was supposed to be completed by the time I arrived. It WASN'T. I am re-writing my review of the "Irvine Pet Complex" located in Irvine, Calif. I am re-scoring it "5" of High Customer Service Stars! My reason for this is: 1. Great customer service (they called me vers me calling them) 2.
