Purchased a CCT camera on line. It arrived used in an open package and was not working. After 2 days of emails and phone call I was instructed in writing to mail it back at my expense !? I shipped the item with tracking # and called "Jason" the next day to ask for a full refund. I was promised an immediate refund to my PayPal account.
