A few minutes ago I made an order for a charger. I got received my confirmation immediately as expected and soon after also received an email about some shipping problems. I called the company immediately and the problem was resolved in a quick and efficient manner with good customer service. The lady representative, though not very eloquent in English was very nice, polite, and helpful. The product I had ordered from Calcellular arrived broken and their customer service was so poor I gave up trying to replace it via them. I will not use Calcellular again nor would I recommend them. Read More »

I ordered a battery from callcellular on September 11th. The battery came 3 weeks later. I had no word from them on backorder. When the battery finally came it looked identical to my existing battery but would not take a charge. I tried to contact them to get a return material authorization and they have not responded.
