Gamefly has a very bad business model, they dont care about their customers they care about money. Instead of spending money on buying new games they spend it on advertising.

The biggest problem i have had with Gamefly is Game avalibility, newly released games take months to recieve, even older games take days after they have received my last game for them to ship anything out.
