Where to start? Well had a major backup. Did search on google for 24 hour los angeles plumber and Miracle Rooter came out as my first choice, gave them a call, it was around 2 in the morning. The technician showed up within 45 minutes ( they promised 1 hour) evaluated the situation and gave me the options. Went with it because I need it my bathroom fixed ( by the way the price was reasonable). Got the job done nice and clean and left some recommendations, so in the future I don't have these... Called this company to unclog a drain and was told there are big problems down the line from roots. Field supervisor recommended replacing line all the way to the city line at a big expense. I was worried that they were padding the diagnosis, but this morning the technician on the job showed me the pipe he had removed, totally clogged with root growth--so much that no rooter could have cleared it. I am a home owner. My renter had plumbing backups at the house. He called Miracle rooter. They tried rooting (didn't work), then they used Hydro-jets for (get this!!!!----$2,000.) My tenant was none the wiser. After the fact, I got more than three estimates ranging from $150-$900 for the same original rooting job... I was so impressed with the work that Miracle Rooter Plumbing did. They really make miracles happen . I had MR. Rooter from Sun Valley at my house to clear my main drain line, where they worked over an hour and then came up with $30,000 deal to replace my sewer. My clogged laundry drain was fixed 5/3/2009. Arnold and Ben of Miracle Rooter were the 3rd plumbers at my house and the 2nd plumbing company to work on the clogged drain. I had already paid another plumber (Rico 7 Plumbing) $68 dollars for a bogus snake job Rico refused to guarantee. I was sadder, wiser $68 poorer and on guard. Hi Kevin, I just wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent way both Alan and Ben handled my sewer situation. Both maintained good communication with me, answering my questions, showing me the damage done by the roots of trees in the sewer line and carefully explaining and demonstrating the procedures used to remedy each new situation found. Christmas eave I had a major back up in my main sewer line.I called several plumbing companies, all I got was a answering service.I called Miracle Rooter, the live dispatcher by name of Jasmine answered the phone, she promised to have someone at my location within 60 minutes. Half hour later the tech was at my house, very nice and polide. Gave me the best service. The price was reasonable, I figured its christmas eave. I selected Miracle Rooter because they had a very prominant glossy ad in the Yellow Pages. I'd love to be able to rate the service of this company, but they missed two appointments to provide me with an estimate and I finally went back to the phone book to find an alternate plumber.
