Bought a battery for my macbook pro, the sale condition was BRAND NEW, GENUINE. Few days after installation the battery just charged to maximum 98% and after charged to 98% it went down to 94% in about 5 minutes and then drained very fast, even the remaining time showing 6 hours it drained in about 2 hours. Horrible customer service. I ordered a used Macbook Pro with a Matte screen from DV warehouse. They sent me a glossy screen computer. Their order confirmation doesn't specify glossy or matte so I couldn't prove it to them but I'm certain that I ordered anti-glare because they are very hard to find and this is the only anti-glare version of that particular model that I was able to find anywhere.
