For a company that charges hundreds (sometimes thousands!) of dollars the customer service is seriously lacking. I wrote a very polite e-mail regarding their authentication practices as well as a request for props from my favorite movie and received a pretty nasty (unsigned) e-mail refusing to answer my questions because I had neglected to sign my name to my e-mail(!).
