Trojan Home Loans, Inc was very helpful in helping us on our home loan. Robert Aiello is truly professional and processed the reduction of our mortgage payment for our loan in a timely manner. All questions and doubts we throw at him was answered and inform/update us about our home loan as soon as he had the information. I received a letter in the mail from these guys about a Harp refinance. I called, and spoke with Robert T. Aiello....He was very slow responding to my emails, and he forgot who I was when I called for an update...He also told me I would get my FEDEX loan package by Friday or Saturday I still have not received it, and was given no info for the delay...I just wasn't kept informed of the process, and changes of rate quotes ... From my experience, this is a trustable business. They were honest from beginning, delivered the product they promised. At first, I was kinda reluctant to take their words, and then later was completely convinced by their positive follow-ups. They took care of the customer from the beginning to the end and responded to all questions/concerns I had and resolved any issues I had.
