NEVER NEVER NEVER GET FINANCING WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY CALL AND HARASS YOU EVEN WHEN YOUR PAYMENTS ARE MADE ON TIME! THEY CALLED US 5 TIMES OVER THE INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE THAT WAS $500 WHEN THEY SAID IT WAS $1000 AND WE HAD TO FAX PROOF THAT IT WAS AT $500! My loan is only 6 months old, I have a very small loam because I gave half as downpayment so I only pay 185 a month basically nothing so im always on time. Cs reps seem somewhat nice but im never on the phone with them longer than 3 mins, I just call te. Them what acct to pull the payment out of and thats it. I had to go with this loan in 2009 because I had recently been discharged from a bankruptcy. BY recently I mean the day after I got my discharge I went a bought a new (used) vehicle. This company sold me a car that completely broke down in a month. The entire front suspension was gone, and car front was laying on the ground. After a $3000 fix, I made a full-year of payments and only about 20% went to principal. Long story short, I tried to sell the car for $8000 and balance would be $4000 which i could work out with them, they declined. I had a car loan with Q/A when I drove off the lot they said I didn't have to put down a down payment. 3 months later there harassing me say how I have to pay 2000 dollars that was owed as my down payment... That wasn't part of the agreement! They Repo my car the day after I made my car payment I had to come up with 2 thousand dollars to get my car back a week later.. These guys are off the chain!! I lost my job right when I had a large bill to the government to pay. Had to move out of my house into an apartment and try and find another job. I had never been late on my payment, but this time, had to postpone my payment a few days to pay a 3,000.00 bill. 4 days before making my payment, they sent a company call PRG Asset Recovery to pick up the car. Quality Acceptance employees has the worst the customer service ever. Employee Amy Romero is the most rudest disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. Being in the military growing up in a military and law in enforcement back ground we are very respectful, along with class and manners. If you have not already got in business with these ppl. RUN. There are absolute criminals, I've had my car for 2 yrs and at first I trusted that every payment was being applied. the people there play around, loud talk, they do not listen there so quick to give an answer that has nothing to do with your question, they lie for eachother, they say one thing and they never notate your account, as if you never called, they all need to be fired and sued. well the most they're getting pay is no more than $10hr. they dream they owned your loan. so at the end of the day you are not paying personally. but try to avoid calling there. rude call center.
