Constantly harassed by these people selling Chinese junk at ridiculous prices. Finally told the last caller to **** off, and the little prick put up a Craigslist ad with a pickup truck for sale at a ridiculously low price, with my phone number and name in the ad. Of course I get 150 phone calls and texts from people wanting it.The POS was dumb enough to have Inland Empire in the ad identifier so I know it was this prick. That's sad I really was hoping that a honest person with an honest company was trying to help us along seemed to,what a fraud. We work very hard on our family dairy farm and take pride in doing the best job in making high quality milk.We work long hard hours and our tools work as hard as we do. These tools they tried to sell us aren't even good enough to work on bicycles let alone heavy duty farm equipment. Legally this is fraud and this company needs to have the law pay them a visit. Dishonest, deceitful scam artists lie to get you to accept free things just for looking at their drill bits. Fraudster said no obligation to purchase and I could keep the gifts if I didn't want the bits..just return product postage paid by Inland if I don't want to purchase. Fraudster stated that the drill bits have a lifetime warranty but not a written word existed anywhere on the product or literature...Fraudster claimed he would call me in a week to see how I liked the bits...Never heard... They called my husband several months ago phone selling and he was driving truck. They told him about a wonderful product of some sort, so he agreed to purchase it. NOW THE TROUBLE STARTS.They called to verify the purchase and with my husband not home I DENIED IT AND TOLD THEM NOT TO SHIP. 2 weeks ago we started to get threating calls from them for payment. If you get the call...hang up immediately. Inland Empire Industrial is attempting to scam my 72 year old husband, who is paralysed from a recent stroke, and who informed the "unsolicited" company sales representative at the time of the initial call, that he had no use for any products from the company. Call you with their number blocked and tell you about all the "high-quality" tools they want to give you, if you just make one purchase of say, 120 grinding or cutting wheels, at over $500. The freebies weren't all that great of quality, and the grinding wheels are very expensive. When I sent my payment, I asked to cancel my account, and not call me again. BAD, BAD Company! The original order was okay but the free stuff was awful. My husband complained about the free stuff when they called back. They told him they would make it right and send him more free stuff. He told them fine but no more merchandise that he would have to pay for. Guess what? My husband got the phone call and agreed to a "trial" basis on some "high-quality" grinding disk's. UPS dropped them off on our porch when no one was home, the box was in bad shape and several of the disk's were chipped and scratched- Didn't even take a chance on trying them out they were of such poor quality. The shipment also included "7 unsolicited gifts" one of which had corroded batteries leaking everywhere. I shipped the disks back in a sturdy box after receiving a bill from the company... This company is not what they tell you. They always have a story and the tools are what you would buy off of a tool truck. When you receive them they are from CHINA. When you look them up on line I found the same tool same model etc. For 1/4 the price. This company is harassing both myself, an OTR driver, and my wife at home. They call continuously, even after being told not to, and are rude when we do not place orders. These guys are terrible. They call and harass my husband at work, and call our house at all hours. We have told them we didn't want products and they were sent anyways and we were billed. We sent them back and now refuse drop off when UPS delivers them. Once when we sent back something UPS they called us and claimed to be the UPS company requesting information on why we refused drop off. Then the guy admitted he was a salesman. I have only been on the phone for the last 4 weeks trying to get our bill straightened out with inland empire. Randy I faxed paper work to & explained the situation. They called up out of the blue, offered to send free product then after 10 minuets said I would be asked to buy some grinding wheels. I never agreed but they sent them anyway. The products were low quality and the invoice is charging me for the free items but calling the wheels free. I would never buy from this company again, first they called me out of the blue and said they will send me free tools if i buy grinding wheels. the tools and the grinding wheels showed up and when i used the grinding wheels they flew apart after about 30 seconds of grinding. I refused to pay for the Junk but offered to send it back @ my expense but they refused to cooperate, the last call the guy told me he will give me a bad credit rating or something. anyway DO NOT BUY THAT JUNK!!!!
