I have been listed on 123notary directory for 2 months. Paid $99. Didn't get any job from them yet.So,I decided to call and just talk to Carmen.She was very rude to me.I was expecting on some kind of support,but got nothing just a rudeness. Almost yelling at me. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with on any level. I would encourage people if they don't want to trust just one reviewer, aka me, o look at their Better Business Bureau rating which is an F, or their yelp rating which is a 1.5 ! John and I refinanced our home with a VA loan and nothing related to the government is usually easy, but Kathryn Miller did our loan closing without a hitch. She was professional, very organized and also extremely personable, which is quite important to me. John is very hard of hearing and Kathryn's patience was that of a saint. 123Notary is one of the best sites out there for getting signings. Jeremy is very easy to get along with. I would say at least 50% of my signings come from them. They are not like some of the other sites that low ball our fees. They watch out for us to make sure this doesn't happen. Love that they post the companies with reviews about how they pay. I tried to sign up with 123Notary.com and put my listing on their sight that they state is FREE, but kept getting an error stating I didn't qualify and the link it sends you to doesn't state why you don't qualify. I tried for a while to fix the issue and finally decided to send an email to tech support for the sight. When I ask a Title Company how they got my name 9 out 10 times they reply, 123Notary. I get almost all of my mobile notary work from this site. When I asked Carmen how I could get even more work she explained how to better market myself on the site. She also suggested that I purchase a higher P# for my area.
