I took over Valley Alarm on a new home I bought because the previous owner had Valley. The techs who have come over have been rude, treated me poorly and behaved as though the issues were my fault. I just spoke with a 'supervisor' (she never gave me her name) and she hung up on me instead of explaining why I've been overpaying for poor/no service. I would not recommend Valley Alarm. Cool! an alarm company that cares about my needs. Ive been a Valley Alarm client for over 5 years now. My husband and I are very happy with this company because the customer service is professional and courteous. Whenever I have a simple question or concern, they are always happy to help. When I leave the house, I simply press two buttons, and leave. It's so convenient. I feel very safe and protected with this alarm system. I highly recommend Valley Alarm! Read More »
