Avoid this place! Purchased a pressure washer (SKU: YES4704) from them for Christmas. Put it together and gave it a try. It worked great - for 5 minutes. Literally, 5 minutes. After that it stopped pressurizing and sometimes didn't power on at all. Spoke to YesComUSA about it and was told there was nothing they could do. Purchased an 81H1013-001-A3 (29" Polished Chrome Dual Swivel Pull Down Kitchen Faucet Sprayer) from these people on Ebay. The product is listed as having a five-year warranty. Three years later, it is spraying water all over my kitchen because the hose on the top has come separated from the faucet. This would not be such a big deal... Purchased a brand new faucet from them, model 81H1004C-002-A7C on January 16, 2010. Faucet sold had a 5 year warranty. Hired professional plumber to install. Upon installation, faucet started leaking and discoloration to faucet and sink as a result of leak. Contacted Yescom, and they say they will send a replacement, then they dont. I ordered $200.00 worth of photo equipment from TheLAShop.com (owned by this company) and got worried about not receiving tracking info for shipping. I called customer service and their telephone ordering line and both are never answered by a person. Can't even place an order with a live voice. What kind of company has a phone ordering line and doesn't answer it? E-mails also go unanswered. Still have yet to receive my order. Use this company at your own risk. Read More »
