It was easy to assemble. That’s it. The welds break very easy. We are super careful. When it broke I got a hold of the company. It took top management to sign off on sending me replacement parts. After installation they broke again and in more places. I asked for a refund, they refused. After research, I found they have a D+ rating with the BBB. there is also the same complaint registered with BBB that I have. I ordered an Acme Furniture computer desk from Overstock.com to be a gift - which I was going to present already assembled. The problem is the hardware was missing from the box (nuts & bolts, etc). I contacted Overstock about and they tell me it will take about 5 days for anyone resolve it. I tried calling the manufacturer (Acme Furniture) and they won't deal with me because I'm not a business. We own a small furniture company and order all our products from Acme Furniture. We LOVE them! All the products are excellent quality for the price we pay. We have NEVER had one of our customers complain about the furniture they have purchased from us which we purchased from Acme Furniture. I give the 4 stars and the only reason they don't get all 5 is because they don't always have what we need in stock. But overall this is an excellent company and we will ALWAYS do business with them.
