I signed a 12-month lease with MCM Property Management which ended August 31, 2010. I gave 30 days written notice via email in June 2010. I still have this email in which I also provided my forwarding address in Arkansas. I also have follow-up emails providing the same info. Additionally, I have an email from MCM stating that my rent was current at the end of my lease. Apparently, MCM then "evicted" me in January 2011.
