Neither my municipal traffic court or state DMV (West Virginia) recognize them. Their trick is to create an environment (via drop down menus that go from state to county to municipality) on eligibility to lead you to believe that they are an approved driving school for your state. I used code X5B-D36-76C and got some money off when I signed up. The code never expires. Otherwise, with regular mail shipping of the certificate, the course costs $43. Overall, the site was great, super easy. There awas no clock or timer. At first, I read everything and took each 2 question quiz like intended. Their so called claim to fame is a reduction or elimination of fees involved with tickets so I had just received a speeding violation and the City Clerk said they do not even recognize this and kindly send them $150 for my ticket. Unless court ordered, stay away from this company. Read More »

The course is full of mistakes and their emails are deceiving. They told me(via emails) that every referral will get me $3.00 and i can cash out anytime and when I referred a friend and logged in to cash out they told me I have to refer minimum 5 people before I can cash out. They are full of BS and the guy on the phone sounds like he is drunk on the job, and can barely talk. Read More »

Like many of us, I based my decision of using "Go to Traffic School" to do an online traffic school. The reviews I read were positive and the fact that they belong to BBB gave me the confidence the company was responsible and not a scam. I began the course and it was actually fairly good. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I talked to "Doug" - who is supposedly the Director of Business Development, and asked why I'm receiving multiple spam emails a day about "referring a friend" - when all I should be receiving are updates regarding the traffic school course I signed up for, and he was as rude as the person who answers their 800 #. Honestly I think they might be criminals. This is an online scam that requires you to spend your money and WAY too much of your time completing the course and then fails you for pressing back before you ever even take the final. Oh and don't even bother calling customer service to try and correct the issue because all they will do is tell you there is nothing they can do. over a year ago I took the testand they were to send a copy to contra cost court and send me a copy. neitherone happened. I did not know till we applied for insurance and I was told that it showed a ticket on my record. I contacted The Trafic School and asked them to give me an explanation. so far I have not received any response back yet. First I'd like to say these people sure do a good job of making their company seem legit but after you've paid for the services you'll soon find out how much of a waste of time/money they really are.
